I didn't know it snowed there but a blip on the news made it clear.

mrsparky, were (& when) did you take those photos? @ Purrdey. Maximum file size for the forums is 200KB.
Question the question. Answer the question. Question the
answer...
I wish I knew what I was gonna say :oP

Sunday the 8th April 2008 - Chichester (south coast of the UK).
Photos 1,2 and 3 with a Sony a200 + sigma 70/300mm zoom. All the others with a Fuji 6500FD
I didn't want to risk damaging the Sony as it's new, so the fuji ones where taken first, timewise between 9.30am - 10.15am, when snowing heavy.
Have to give Fuji their due, easy to use with cold hands, you can't drop the tied on lenses cap, didn't fog once and despite getting slighlty wet it carried on quite happily.
Actually the Fuji did better than I did - by 10.30 I needed A Cup Of Tea rather urgently :) 15 minutes in the (highly recommended) Cathedral Cafe, by then the thaw had started, out came the Sony.
