You might be able to do something with the P4 Infant, and there are free textures out there to give him a somewhat more realistic look.

just want to add my two cents cause this is something I've tried to do and I can tell you what my experience has been. First of all, those who suggested M3 gen by Satinica are correct. It does have a fit for Luke and I think it looks fine. Its also not that expensive. In addition, if you use the skin tones for M3 with the corresponding gential maps it all blends together rather nicely the only other consideration is public hair which can be added, there are some wondeful props on renderotica and your good to go!! I can't prove all this by showing you renders for obvious reasons but trust me it does work!
