I've noticed some really wonderful water textures in pictures and was wondering how they were achieved.  The default liquid materials don't seem to match what I've seen here so does anyone have some advice on creating better water or know where I can find some.  I checked the freebies here and couldn't find any liquid materials.

I'm hoping for a rippled, reflective texture, clear enough to make out what is being reflected....
