I've updated the Cloth Room bookmarks.
Please feel free to continue to add links to tutorials and deep discussions to this thread so that it stays up-to-date.
Please try to keep this thread for bookmarks only and if you need help on something please create a new thread.
To get you started here are a few links to where you can get some great free dynamic clothing. You can find more by searching the free stuff here for "Dynamic." You can also find commercial dynamic items in the various Poser stores.

I just saw that this thread is stickied. Here is a video tutorial on how to get started in the Cloth Room
I'll redo it eventually and upload it to the video tutorials here. But I can't upload this one because I didn't take into account the file size and dimensions.

Would you be willing to provide a download link, Linda? My browser and the Windows 7 Media Player plugin don't play well together...

Here are a couple of tutorials I have written:
Creating a Dynamic Gown = this one shows the steps I take in Poser once I created a piece of clothing in a separate 3D modelling application.
Creating a Dynamic Shirt and Skirt Set with Belt Constraint - this one builds upon the first one. It shows you how to run the simulation for piece of clothing separately with different cloth settings.
You can preview the finished result in a video at the bottom of each page.
