Hey guys; I'm realy stuck on this i'm trying to create a raging ocean within vue esprit i saw on the vue trailler a fully animated awsome ocean scene, how exactly is this done?

Unfortunately, this is done in Infinite or xStream, with a special fractal node that isn't available for Esprit.

I used a terrain of rounded mounds, and  put a water texture on that.  I did have to resort to Photoshop for splashes though.

I'll be getting Vue6 Extream next year so I should be able to do it;

-By the way Would a Morphing Fractral no edges terrain in vue6 esprite do the trick? if it cant is it possible for someone to save the fractral node neededsend it to me i really need to make these dam waves!

-if a morfing fractrual terrain would work could some one do a good tutorial?

Hey there is a commercial set of "stuff" made by Monsoon that works great in Vue.  It's a mix of Obj.s and materials.  You can see what they do if you want by checking my gallery.    The set is well worth the entry fee.

I've got a awsome realistic animated ocean; Modified the Vue6 tutoial of open ocean.

how ever i can't render it it'll take bloddy for ever! and i've got 136gig of rampaged from my harddrive also i want to page more from my D drive witch is 68gig however it will only let me page 4.32 gig,

it says:
Enter page file that is grater or equal to the intentual file size or less then 4069mb, =4.69GIG

were it says space available it says; 68250mb

and it says i can onle page 4069mb of this to ram.

how can i page this 68 gig of free space to my ram?
