Subject: Can't seem to get a thumb nail small enough

The regulations here for posting artwork are that the thumbnail can't be more than 15kb and has to be 100 x 100 pixels.  I can't seem to get 100 x 100 pixels into any less than about 24k no matter how low I set the settings for the output jpeg.
Any idea as to what I need to do to cut the file size by about 25%?

If your using photoshop just go to file>save for web...and adjust the image file size to less than 15k.
Everything is easy if you know how :-)

Thank you.  I'm giving Essentials a trial run but I did notice that option in the file menu.
So much to learn and so little tinme to learn it in. ;)

I usually just goto save it as normal then increase the compression number on JPEG settings.
either works.
