Does anyone know of a filter/plugin that will correct a digital photo and take the blur out of the photo and make it clear looking?

Any help will be appreciated.

It depends on how bad the blur is - you could try a sharpen filter. Most graphics packages have them.

Though if it's really bad -  say caused by wind or hand shake, or in the example attached smacking the lens into the canopy, theres usually not much chance of saving it.

For important stuff like weddings, I try to use a Tripod, and weight it down. 
Usually with a small child and gaffa tape:)

Got an example of how severe the blur is?  Low level blur can be "alleviated" by sharpening/contrast work (it just tricks the eye into thinking it is sharp - it doesnt actually "sharpen" it by getting rid of the blur - nothing will do that). Really blurry images might as well get binned...

"How do I get sharp clear photos."

I have been given several digital photos taken by different family members of an important event.  Many of them are very blurry and I want to take the blur out.  It looks like the wind swept over the whole photo.

I see Coral PSP Photo X2 has many features so I downloaded it this morning.  Maybe it will fix them.

I'd go with MGD where possible ensure the camera is supported on a good tripod.
Weighting it is good if thats possible.

If you don't have a tripod then use the poor mans bean bag, a couple of coats or jackets, line up the shot, stick the self timer on and step back from the camera.

Another way of blur free espically on long exposures and if your camera supports it, is a remote control. I've seen some models now have infra red remotes, but they seem look a bit pricey just like the standard own brand remotes I use a 12 quid Hama brand remote on the Sony and thats fine.

I believe the example Fred posted is about as good as it gets...with correction of an already blurry image.   It is the software you are trying so go for it...overdo and the results are also obvious.   Use a copy to work out the details and then go for the best on.  Aferall, these are pics others took and you can do only so much.  Best wishes in correcting the most you can.  TomDart.

Yes these are photos others took of this important day that were blurred.  So I am looking for a software to correct the blur on them before they can be printed out.  These are all digital photos.

Simple answer: you can't.
Sharpening means "making it look as if it is sharp by enhancing edge contrast", and when there isn't any edge because of real shake or movement, there is no way to really restore it.
Some plugins do a decent job, but even these have to surrender at a certain level.
