I'm a macos user, using a utility called Snapz Pro X or another called iShowU.

Basically you can capture whatever happens in your screen to a movie file. 

In poser i set Tracking to FUll.  If i dont have the movie capture utility recording, using the Poser Cam control sphere is smooth but if i start recording movement starts getting choppy. 

Is there a way or another utility to use so that everything remains smooth?
