If you are talking about the Dynamic hair available in Poser5+ (in the Hair Room), then the answer is no.
Bryce doesn't have any way to 'see' the hair's structure in any format that it can understand.  The closest thing you can do, is to render the hair out within Poser with a mask, then place that image on an image plane within your Bryce scene.

if the poser hair has an Obj file you can import that but then you must go to the material editor to apply textures, transmaps and bump.

Kozaburo did some solid hair that imports well into bryce. Lot's of different japanese sites have links to it. Try www.digitalbabes2.com

yeah...you'll probably need older hair for that. Now if you have a Bryce version with Daz Studio, I dunno...it might work going with a Bryce Background and Daz foreground. Check with the Daz Studio forum to make sure.

Best thing to do is get Daz Studio which is free (and which can use Poser models). Then use the link button to Daz Studio in the 'Create' toolbar in Bryce to open up Daz Studio, where you can load and texture your models. Then select 'Return to Bryce' and your model will be imported,  textures and all. I use it alot and it works really well.
