Customer service, warranties, ect. gave them all up a long time ago, found all of them worthless and too time consuming, much easier and faster just to learn how to do it all myself. Case in point I spent 6 hours on the phone awhile back trying to get my Qwest bill resolved, which I had paid for on my debit card and they had credited to an account that did not exist, I paid the bill again two more times without any refunds of the previous payments and my account still said my bill was not paid.  Guess what? I received my next bill and they charged me a late fee on the previous one.

Dell, Gateway, Microsoft, any of them forget their service plans, they are not worth the paper they are printed on, don't buy them, I never do.  You will save time and money by just learning to fix things yourself.
