Paul Wyskowsky at PJW Productions is no offering version 1.2 of his DoggyFX plugin for PD Pro (Project Dogwaffle Professional 3 or 4) as a free download. It's a great add-on, check it out here:

You can use it to create swipes and transitions between stored clips of recorded video or 3D animations.
