The bird (Solsort in Danish) is singing for the whole neighborhood and more. So great to listen to. Taken at 20:56 (8.56 PM)

Hi Guys = what about us down here in the southern hemisphere, theres no summer for us, will "warmish" winter scenes and winter silhouettes suffice??

these entries are all superb! Although some of the entries seem very low quality, as if they have been over edited or resized, but my favourite image so far is Meowgli! What a beautiful image, very powerful! Keep the awesome posts coming

some more good entries, and welcome ElusiveAngel, really liked your second entry with the slight silhouette of the mountainside =)
favourites so far have to be the crane from Alz2008 and the final entry from oleg_b, very nice. i'll keep shooting with the theme in mind and post anything worthwhile should I manage it... haven't seen many shadows yet so might go for a wander if tonight's 'golden hour' is any good ;)

This is a 1922 fully-leaded window in the living room, looking at the house across the street. The slight distortion is due to the waviness of each pane of glass.
