They're the "ghosts" of things that you can buy from Cornucopia 3D but haven't.
When you are loading stuff from the library, if you don't have the little ghost icon selected you are presented with lots of extra items with the C3D logo in the image, and if you try to load it then Vue offers to let you buy it from C3D. If you do have the ghost selected you don't see them.
I don't know if one can safely delete them. I just keep the little ghost selected.

Yes, I know all about the ghost icon..but i have never seen scenes available for purchase. theres descriptions of them, but the refuse to load into Vue so i was rather curious.I assumed thats what they were, but never seen them before and thought i would ask.

There's lots of ready made scenes at C3D now, good if you want to take them apart and see how they've been put together to learn some tricks!!

I actually bought some of the scenes that start with a single letter. They are the alien planet scenes. Look under the "Scenes" category in the browser with the ghost deselected.
