I could use some help and advice on doing post work for my renders to add genitals to V4. I can get realistic renders from V3 using a modified figure available at the other render site. M3 is not an issue either. However, what I am having trouble with is finding a way to do this with a fair amount of ease and without issues. By that, I mean that I have tried several of the V4 solutions at that other render site and they just don't work well. I always get unmatched textures, seams, etc. that requires post work anyway. So, I thought why not save myself a lot of time and headaches and just do it in post work to make it easier and more realistic?

What I need advice on is getting started doing the post work and how best to handle this. If you could use a modified figure like on V3 there would be little if any post work required. However, what I need to know is:

  1. Do I edit the texture for the figure in Photoshop? I thought this would be the best to paint on or clip from image and paste, smooth, etc. then save the new texture.

  2. Will I need to create many texture versions for the different types of genital designs I need using that texture. In other words, say texture-1 I am working with and modified it, now, don't I need to modify and save again for each genital design I need or want? Like texture-1, texture-2, etc.

  3. Do I need to do this for varied V4 poses? I'm thinking it will need to be different for standing, kneeling, from behind, etc. So I should paint on different ones for each like texture-1-kneeling, texture-2-standing, etc.

The only problem I see is this could add up to a lot of texture versions for just one character. Otherwise this should work correct? If not, how would you do this?

Any other tips or pointers appreciated, as I think it is a real SHAME on Daz to NOT make their V and M figures with anatomy already built-in. Goodness knows why since that's how God made everyone and artists have been doing nudes for centuries now.

Thanks for the reply on this and any help/advice.
