Hi, Ladies and Gentleman.
I'm studing Poser.
And I made a character.
It is very simple.

And I applied limit.

But, I does not work.

What's wrong with me?
Can you help me?
Please.

(Poser version is 7)

Just a thought - have you got the "Use limits" option ticked for the figure? It's on the Figure menu.
I would test it myself if I could, but I am at work!

I removed the download link. You'll have to submit it to freestuff to go though to usual approval process. You can't link to it in a forum post, as that would circumvent the approval process

limits will simply control how far the thing will bend , so you cant do unrealistric poses. Its only effective if you set limits on for the figure .   You need to set joint settings for each joint in the setup room I think. There are two sets of lines to set what is included and what excluded in the bend zone .

You can set joint settings in the Pose room simply by opening the Joint Editor and selecting the relevant body part.  Limits, of course, need to be set by double clicking the dial in the Parameter window.  The one problem is that Poser doesn't let you specify its little secret limits enabling value of 1 OR 4 so that Poser itself doesn't override the limit specifications.

Remember that Limits are ignored for body parts in an enabled IK chain!
