is there a thing or a plugin i can use to make paint shop pro tubes work in photoshop?

in a while I look around,
I see
a sound
and
try to write it down
Sometimes
they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

yea thats the one i was looking at but the link they gave didn't work..so i just searched "Telegraphics" and it came up..thanks
