I have been trying to get some technical drawings of an Australian riverboat in particular the PS Alexander Arbuthnot which is operating on the Murray River at Echuca. All my Google searches have drawn a blank except for photos and some details, length, beam, draft etc but I would like to attempt a model of this particular steamer so I require a lot more detail in terms of the shape of the hull, rudder etc, etc, which the many photos I have dont show. Can anyone help with this??

Cheers

I'm not from down under, but I can usually find most things, and I had a few moments to spare waiting for a render LOL.....
Could not find any technical drawings but maybe the 2nd link will have something.

Thanks dhama, still not what I,m looking for but good links. I,m pretty sure the PS Adelaide was built with a similar type hull but did'nt get any further with that one either. The reason I like the Alexander Arbuthnot is I have actually been for a trip up the Murray on her so I guess she's kind of special to me.

I think it would be a cool model to build.

You might try this link also. My girlfriend used to work as a skipper on small passenger boats in Stockholm and gave me this link.  http://www.boat-links.com/boatlink.html
