Hi Everyone... this is my first character made for the r'osity marketplace... She took me about 6 weeks from concept to completion, then another 2 weeks of testing by r'osity, but she's here, and soon to be joined by many others that I intend to make, so hopefully you all enjoy her, I know I enjoyed making her!.... mostly ;-)Blazerwiccan posted Fri, 20 June 2008 at 9:51 AM

Awesome set, Joe Bushido! I really love the uniqueness of the character and clothes.
Any chance of offering a conforming bodice version as well?
Anxious to see future characters/clothes you make as well!

In time, I'm gonna put the outfit and character up as seperate items, each with a bunch of extra stuff I wasn't able to fit into the bundle pack that's available now.. I'm working on making the dress part conforming, but the sleves I'll probably keep as dynamic... if there's a way I can make them both conforming AND dynamic, I'll do it, but I haven't figured that out just yet.
I personally prefer dynamic clothing because the results are way more natural looking, and it's nice to take a break while poser is doing the calculation. I only use conforming figures for tight-fitting things, but since I intend to make the outfit fit V4 with the ++ morphs and some of the more popular character models, I might have to make it conforming after all.. we'll see.

ok.... status update...
After racking my tiny little brain all day, I finally got a working conforming/dynamic combo version on her dress, and I even managed to get a full-body morph in there to fit it to the V4 base. I'm very pleased with the results, and was about to go ahead and do the same for the rest of her outfit when it hit me.
I'm kinda second guessing myself as to weather or not I should put it up on the MP, because I kinda feel like I'd be dipping into the same well again, and I don't wanna be the type of artist that milks his work like that, you know what I mean? So what do you guys think? Should I go ahead a re-release her outfit with all the added tweaks, or take what I just learned and apply it to the next character?
The next one is already blocked out, and I'm about to go into the fine detail, but it won't be ready probably until the end of July.

That was fast :sneaky:
Some vendors add extra content as bonus downloads after purchase. Some will repackage the set and update the standing product which previous buyers can download again. Some vendors do offer the updated product set as 'version 2.0' as an all new product. Maybe ask other MP vendors..??
I'm interested in the updated version either way you decide to go : )

I got this link from the GND thread. I have to say although Im not interested in muscular females at all - you did a fabulous job on this character. And your first one???!!! I'm very impressed.
Im interested in your name too though. Bushido? Do you train or was that just a name you liked? Don't meet many people who even know that word.

Bushido is the moral code I live by... for those who don't know, its virtues are rectitude, courage, respect, benevolence, honesty, honor, loyalty, piety, wisdom and caring for the elderly...
I don't train in martial arts though, my discipline is the stuff you'll see me make here, though I do admire martial artists, or anyone who is passionate about what they do.
