Subject: Corrupt Zip: Order#: 111422302

I cannot extract the contents of this zip: Compressed(zipped) Folders Error: Error reading file

Momcat ( ) posted Wed, 25 June 2008 at 11:12 AM

I originally used Firefox 3 when downloading...I tried again, deleted the zip, and redownloaded via IE 7.  The error message now reads "Unexpected end of file"

Do you have any type of download accelerator/manager runnig? If you do, please disablsable and try again.

Please let me know if this works for you.

Thank you and have a nice day!!

Not that I am aware of.  I do have a download status plugin for Firefox that was recently updated.
That should not affect downloads at all as it's only purpose is to provide information to me about them, not do anything to them.  That wouldn't explain ythe error from the IE 7 download either, unless IE 7 has some feature I'm unaware of.  I'll try disabling the FF plugin and see what happens.

Could you please reset my downloads for this order.  It seems that I've exceeded them in my attempts to get a good file, lol

I have reset your downloads so you can try again.

Please let me know if this works out well for you.

Thanks,

No joy.  Now I get the same "Unexpected end of file" error message as I did in IE 7

OK...well I was trying to make sure there was nothing we need to do on our end and you and I both did eveything I can think of to try to get it to work.

Please contact the vendor of the product for product support. Give them 2-3 business days to get back to you and if you have not heard back from him within that time frame, please let me know so I can contact them on your behalf.

I sure hope they can fix it : )

Thank you and have a good day!!!
