Do you know if a tree made with Arbaro can be offered as freestuff ?
Thanks.

Since Arbaro is an open source project, I can't see any reason why you couldn't offer the creations in Free Stuff.

The only problem I can see is that some of the Arbaro generated trees and plants can be very poly heavy, so hopefully your server comes with a lot of bandwidth. A lot of default trees in Arbaro, and POVTree are 75-90mb each,

Or you could just save and distribute the settings so people can generate their own.

While it is true that distributing the settings for trees would be a lot more efficient use of bandwidth, I would also have to say that many people who use freebies would not be the sort
who like to model, or deal with the complexities of a modeler, tree or otherwise. It kind of defeats the purpose.

Thanks.
I´m working with the program, making some trees that could be interesting to other users.
I will see if they are to heavy. To give the settings can be a good idea.

I'd say, go for it. Just let folks know it's huge in the Details/Notes when yo upload. I've dl'd a lot of huge stuff happily as it suited my needs. I figger a lot of folks will as well depending on level of need. ...
