Subject: CS will not open...info missing. Any idea what to do?

I use CS2 mainly but have CS on the pc.  I tried to open it and this window came up.

I suppose this refers to the "activation" info or something similar.   Does anyone know what to do to get the program functioning again?  Any advice is appreciated greatly.     TomDart.
