Can't offer any help but if it's any consolation, I get the same thing but Vue6Infinite.eon stops working on my laptop. Also occasionally, biosphere.eon stops working too. That's on Vista home premium. Uusually happens after the 'video driver has crashed and recovered'

Some more information would be handy, for instance operating system, Vue version, what steps you have taken to rectify the problem already etc

Well good luck with it, I am sure someone can help you, might be helpful to know if it was 32 bit or 64 bit as driver issues could be at play.

Ok, some random suggestions :-
Do you have a graphics tablet? If so unplug it and uninstall drivers, see if Vue works then.
Are you running Vue as adminstrator? If not run it as administrator and see if that fixes it.
Are you trying to use any Cornucopia content when crash occurs? If so remove the content and redownload, then try again.
Ok, maybe obvious this one, but do you have the latest graphics drivers installed? If not install them, and try again.

There is a new patch for xStream - Version 6.60 - Build 292711. That may help.
Also for Vista, make sure you are running Vue as adminstrator. It's not enough to give it admin rights, you must right-click on the exe icon and select Run as Adminstrator.

I assume you've turned off Open GL and tried running in safe mode to see if that helps?
I seem to remember there was a hoopla about OpenGL support in Vista, something about layering it over DirectX.
Related, you might want to check for updated video drivers. I always go for the WHQL certified drivers where ever possible.

turned off openGL and have the latest drivers 1.75 for the duel 8800 gts 512
still problems :(

Have you contacted E-On Technical Support about this?
They would be the best people to ask and sometimes can provide certain versions of Vue that may trace the fault.

Yeah folks are complaining about this on Eon's forums including me. I now have a "lemon" file (scene that will not load - crashes), didn't feel right about calling it a boat anchor since it's software. I'm really not happy about paying $750 for a program that is crashing more than any other software I own!
Am using Vista Home Premium with SP1
Vue Infinite Version 6.60-04
