Does anyone know if there was ever any development on this character? I'm looking for tail poses, general poses, and more textures if they are out there.

A3 Cat Girl? That's just a tad vague. There are several options already available.
Are you asking about "neko-chan" type characters, (essentially human-looking girls, usually in sailor school uniforms, having the addition of cat ears and a tail), or, are you more interested in a "hybrid" type figure, a lifeform having roughly humanoid proportions, but, in addition to the afore mentioned ears and tail, sporting an extended muzzle, claws, possibly digitigrade paws, eyes with slitted pupils and body fur?
Is it a freebie item or one intended for purchase?
Do you possibly remember the creator?
If you provide just a little more information, it will help a lot.

There is an A3 Catgirl for sale at DAZ, I think by Will Dupre (I hope I got the name right) and somebody else. I don't recall the name of the other artist though.
