Subject: a few issues

ok I have a few questions and issues as follows:
  1. I bought the Real Animated water pack and want to use the AVI file to replace the asphalt txture on Dystopia's SkyDome, but when I do I can't see the moving water, all I see is this:

just as a test I made it into an animation vid and still all I saw was the black surface

  1. is there a grouping and/or welding tool in Poser6? If so where is/are they located?

thats what I can think of at the moment. Any help is appreiciated.

Did you forget to enable raytracing in render options?

Did you forget to use at least 1 raytrace bounce?

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
