There's one image that keeps disappearring from my gallery. I've checked the the nudity warning (even though it's a back view) and editied the thumb so why is it not appearing?
Even on the 1st post the Thumnail was of such a low quality that any details were essentially blurred? so what give? Is there a limit on how many images can be uploaded to a free account or is someone just being a prick?

one image a day... and if that one is removed for a reason ..you have to wait until the next day for a upload...

I already know about the 1 image a day. That's not the problem. The problem is that the image is being removed even though I'm adhering to the guide line, as far as I'm aware....

Is it the "Contemplation" image? If so, its got nudity in the thumbnail and thumbnails are not allowed to have any nudity.
Let me know if that is the one you are referring to.
You can email a new thumb that adheres to our thumbnail policy to admin@renderosity.com. Just be sure to include your username and the title of the image in the email so we can go replace it for you

Sorry missed a few things you said above so I'll give more info in this post.
The thumbnail is from the back but the characters whole butt is showing (no clothing on him at all) so that is considered nudity and not allowed. I would suggest cropping the thumb so it doesn't go down as far as the characters behind, maybe stopping at the lower back so it will be within the policy

I'll try that, but I have to say that in my last post the back behind was completely smudged out - no details at all...

I went and looked at the one in the "holding" area and you can definitely see his behind and know that he is not clothed. Sorry

Yeah, well I tried to paint a pair of green shorts on him, but if that doesn't work I sent you a new thumbnail with just a "Head Shot". Hope that works, Thanks : )
