Subject: PayPal order withheld?

My order # 111434856 is pending.  I am wondering why because I have used Paypal here before.

PayPal's system has been really slow since yesterday.  I've had to manually mark some orders paid, since we haven't been getting the paid notices from PayPal in a timely manner.  I tried to look up your payment, but could not find it by email or by amount of your order. 

Please send your PayPal payment transaction ID to store@renderosity.com, so we can verify your payment.  Once it is verified, we can mark your order paid.

Went to paypal.com.  There is no transaction ID to renderosity.com.  Should I try buying the product again?

You have already technically purchased the item, it's just unpaid.  The best way to resolve this would be to go to PayPal and send the payment for your order to payments@renderosity.com.  Please double check to make sure the amount is correct.  Once we receive the payment, we can mark your order as paid.
