Subject: Don't know what happened???

Hi,
This morning I purchased several products and paid for them from my vendor acct. I then was aways from the computer for awhile and thought I would download them when I got back(a couple of hrs later)...and when I went to check my email...there was no notification of payment for the products and no link to download them.....went to go check my VCR and my balance is the same....did the order not go thru? I need to know before I go and re-order them again....plus I ordered quite a bit and I hope I can remember what all I did order..

Oh good it is all still there in my cart.....I still don't understand why the purchase didn't go thru....I completed all the steps to check out....

I got everything worked out...thank you....I think what happened was I had completed everything....and put in the amt. from my vendor's acct....but I think I forgot to punch process(or whatever the last step is called)....and I was away from my computer for awhile and my kids got on it and closed out the page...and that is why it wasn't completed....
Anyway...all is fine...paid for and got my products :-)
