Subject: Download reset request

Dear Sirs,
Can you please reset  downloads for my purchase **No 111 436 754.

**I tried to use "Internet download manager" and this fucky software, under the pretext to save few seconds opens and close multiple times connections, decrementing, I suppose, each time it does that, the available dowloads tryouts.

This concerns only the following products

-65342 V4 elegance
-65343 V4 elegance
-44899 Touch of glass
-44901 Touch of glass.

others products of the purchase-list have been downloaded manually, and by the way, successfully.
