My 3 kids running in a cloud burst :-) Having grown up in a desert town with virtually NO rain EVER, when we moved to a climate with summer rainfall, every cloud burst was a celebration for them.

**Oh, You guys are SO GOOD!  I'm so HAPPY how many entries we're getting in this challenge!!

*** Eutopia, you're photo is excellent .. and I can so relate to a rainfall, where every drop is such a blessing.  I lived in Arizona for a year, and it was the same ole same ole day in and day out .. blue sky and sunshine :-|  Coming from Minnesota, I found myself surprised how much I missed the rain!  And Lightening & Thunder!  All of that ... so your entry put a huge smile on my face... your kids are BEAUTIFUL!  :)

*** Frankman, what a great capture -- getting these 3 (Pitbulls?) on a hill like this .. Hopefully you weren't too far from shelter, with a deadbolt!  lol

*** Santa, those horses are great ... you are lucky to have these 3 beauties!  Your photoshop looks wonderful :)

Helle, I love those apples. They have the delicious shine to the skins that telegraph how juicy they will be when the sugars have reached their peak.

And Eutopia, I have to share the thoughts on that rain. Here in the valley we generally don't get any rain at all for 6 months or more. When the first cloudburst hits us the last week of October, everyone turns out on the streets - not just the kids. Few friends understand why I have never owned an umbrella while living in the valley but I miss the summer showers I grew up with.

I am not surprised by Jeff's entry. LOL Jeff, your humor always brings a smile. Not only did 3 elephant butts cause spasms and groans but you captured them so well. :-)

Miss Maria...your birds are amazing. Amost as if you asked them to pose and, yet, I know how difficult they are to get near enough to even catch their blur as they fly away!

And here is my first entry...Three pieces of watermelon... oh, and three grand kids. Say, that doesn't count as two entries, does it? LOL

The things I am made to do to enter into this challenge! I had to take this photo instead of fleeing to the bush and watch the sun set.

No long story, these are African daisies, the "whirligig" variety although their petals are still perfectly shaped and not curled yet. A friend of mine, Gambie loves these daisies.

Piet, your second entry is disturbing to me. With your explanation or without, its representation is somewhat global and penetrates my sense of freedom very painfully. Because this shot is so bothersome to me, I have to say it anthrolls me.
