Hi to anybody out there. I've a question for all you. I've just asked something like that, but now I'll be more clear to specify my problem. Given a painting (a portrait), I've to get all the features of such face and render another image in a 3d software in order to give life to a static image (2d). The original figure is a portrait and the figure is not portraited in front so part of the figure is not seen by me. I'm working with poser and I've obtained good result, but the final figure is not the same of the original one. yeah just a bit similar. How can I manage any better? thanks of all. very kind.

Messina gives you a view of the side and front. You can mirror the painting to create the hidden side and contruct a texture base.
Lets see a wireframe.

You could try usung Faceshop Pro. It lets you create a 3d head object using a photo like that. I get fairly good results with it for my work. :)
Let me introduce you to my multiple personalities. :)
