I am a Poser-Newbie...
Please can someone help me and tell me ...what are the dial-settings I have to type in on the MAIN-camera settings, if I want to take the settings from the FRONT-Camera?
I know this sounds maybe strange, but the front camera lets me not change a little bit but I want that...
Please help and let me know...

I do this often so it is not strange. Trust me I've seen strange questions and this is not even close :)
OK .....
Select your front camera by selecting it from one of the drop down lists.
When it is correctly selected you'll see its name top center of the Poser scene window.
Now go to the Poser Edit menu and select Copy.
Next select the main camera by the same method.
Ensure that the main camera name is shown top center of the Poser scene window.
Now go to .... yes you've guessed it ..... the Poser Edit menu and select Paste
