On order 111446489 PayPal  crashed on me twice. I used $21.11 from my vendor account in the payment  which has not been returned by your system. I still want to buy the items by am not willing to proceed without the $21.11 being returned to my account or the download link is restored. I'm not sure why paypal crashed but you should be able to see the deduction from my vendor account and that the payment has not gone through. Could you guys hav a look at it thanks.
