Hi,

Due to connection problems, several attempts to download the order never completed.  Could you please reset this order so I can try it again?

I have reset your download for you so you can try again.

Please disable any download accelerator/manager you may have running as they do not work with our system.

Thanks for the reset.  Unfortunately, when I clicked on the link for the file, something called account.php.html downloaded instead, and another subsequent attempt resulted in the "exceeded the maximum downloads" message.  Now I'm back to where I was earlier.  Sorry.

I don't have any download acceleration software installed, so I'm not sure what the problem is.  I've purchased from your site before, and have had pretty good success.  

I've tried in both Firefox and Safari, the latter having less luck.  If possible, can we try this again?
