I keep getting an email whenever someone posts

How do I stop this

First off uncheck the box next to "Notify me when someone replies"

In the top menu on any Rendo page, select Forum -> My Forum Options.

Scroll down to the list of Forums, untick the 'Notify' or the 'Visible' button for forums that you do not want any notification for, or you do not want to see, and then click Save changes.

I think the post was regarding a specific thread. It looks to me as if you could post to the thread again and then uncheck the option to receive notifications. But as my name implies....
