I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with customer support at Content Paradise?
A couple of weeks ago they decided to disable my account. When I contacted support, they said they needed the serial number of Poser which I used to download the free Poser 7 content. This transaction took place 3 months ago, and they decide to disconnect my account now.
I've sent multiple messages to support (and to CP's product manager) to no avail, including sending them all of my Poser serials. I have had no replies in the last two weeks. I'm livid about this as they have shut down my account for downloading something I already own (namely Poser 7 content, I've been a legal user of Poser since version 2).
Anyone have any alternative contacts at CP?
Thanks.

Have you checked your email spam filtering?
In my own store it is not rare for a customer to email me their registration details,
me to reply back within a few minutes with their registration file,
then a couple of days later receive an angry email demanding that I fulfill my duty and send them their registration.
I have no way of knowing that their email client, or ISP, or dog is eating my emails.
Check your spam filtering.
Try sending via a different email address. When this happens to me I use my alternative Yahoo account. It is less likely that my primary AND secondary emails get blocked.
Hope that helps.

I think there is some sort of email problem with CP. It certainly does not like my email addy, and I very rarely get replies when I post in forums there even though there have been replies on their website.
I really think it doesn't like my particular email addy.
Love esther
I aim to update it about once a month. Oh, and it's free!

I don't think its spam filtering (though I checked, just in case). I did initially have a couple of emails from CP support, when they started asking for serial numbers. But after a couple of emails the responses stopped.

I had the same problem until I re-registered. For some reason the new
registration (same name, same email) made CP's ebots start working again.

I tried the re-registration, but CP detected the email address as a duplicate and wouldn't let me proceed.
Sheez, can they make this any harder?
