i need her to look like the promo pic from the yaara product page i have been messing around with her dials etc and still can't get right there is'nt a no bang setting  and not really a dial to shorten the tails etc.  and i want this for a animation project so it's not just for one render, help please anyone.

I have that hair and just checked. I don't think there is a way to get rid of the bangs.

I do know that when this hair came out the hair was actually a figure and found under "Figures" but it was updated and changed to a hair prop and is now found under "Hair" in the library.

It's quite possible that the promo is an older render of the original hair figure. I am not sure, but it's possible that the morphs were changed slightly when the hair was changed to a prop from a figure.

You could make the bangs invisible. Not sure if they have their own material zone but if so, then you simply remove the textures on the bangs and set transparency to 1 in the material room. Set Diffuse and Specular color to black and the value to 0.

Can you select the left and right tail seperately? You could try to dial them shorter using the y scale or maybe there is somewhere a scale dial to do that?

I don't have the hair so I can only guess but this is what I do if I would want to shorten the tails.
