Subject: Order 111456901 - Part Refund

Hi there, as part of my order:-

111456901

I bought the faerie & fantasy: 50 vue 6 terrains without realising that they cannot be loaded in Vue 6 Easel as they are not .VOB files.

I have tried to get in touch with the vendor, kore21, without a respopnse. Could you please issue a refund for me on this one item from the order.

We ask that you please give the vendor up to 3 business days to provide you with product support.

If you have not heard back from the vendor within this time frame, please send an email to store@renderosity and let us know.

The above was originally posted in the MarketPlace Customer Support forum on September the 5th. It is now the 9th and after looking at my Sent mail option I have noticed that my email to kore21 has still to be read.

Just a little comment. If the store allows 3 business days for a vendor to reply to a refund request, and the store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, why should I have to wait for the start of a so called business week?

kore21 has still not read my request as I keep checking on the Sent Mail option.

The origonal request was sent on September 5th, it is now the 9th. To me that is 4 business days, weekends should not apply to a 24 hour, 7 daya a week store.
