Subject: Aircraft Metal Shader in Vue.

Hi Friends,
I have modeled a Spitfire and painted the textures but I am strugling with metal shader in Vue,with all my attemts I am unable to get a good metal shader material settings?any help or metal available for download or suggestions?

To create the illusion of metal, make the material about 5-10% reflective and use a high percentage of highlights, you could also create ripples as a bump to make it look like it's been long used.

There are a couple of pre-set metals.

You can also add a varnish layer on top of your textures, this will simulate fresnel reflections. The varnish material can be found in your "material layers" collection.

There's a slider in the Effects tab for Colors Reflected Light that you will want to play with if you haven't yet.
