Subject: Order #111458112 Help?

Hiya,

I started to place this order earlier today and had an issue with my computer.  Is there any way to get this reset so that I can finish up this order?  Also, I had used my survey discount on this order; would I be able to get that discount re-set as well?

I'm sorry, there is no way for us to reset the order or the survey code.
