Was looking at Clother for V4 on Rendo. Not cheap.
Does this utility work for all V4 characters??? or just characters that come with Clother??
Thanks

I don't have it, but as far as I know it works by adding overlays to any character texture you may have. Ideal if you're nostalgic for the Poser 1 way of doing clothing, I'd say. :-)

Thanks EnglishBob,
I am relatively new and only know P7. I would hate to step backwards, but it seemed like a quick and easy way to deal with certain tight fitting garments (stockings, bikini, etc).

My comment about Poser 1 was made tongue-in-cheek. ;-) Clothing made only with textures still has a place - in fact I've made some of it myself, and used other people's too. Of course it has limitations, but it's a useful technique all the same.In this picture, the sweater is mainly a texture (my EZTop, see link) and the stockings are bagginsbill's stocking and leg shader, available here.

Yes, it works with all V4 textures, but it makes second skins. So it is good for hosiery, but not much else if you are going for realism, as the clothes are not 3 dimensional. It is a bit pricey for what it does, but for distance shots and bras peeking out from under clothes and stuff, it works great, and they are always releasing freebies for it :-) Hope that helps!
