What is this. It is w/o doubt the most annoying as it pops up in the middle of the night when i am off to dream land and Vue is supposed to be working bloody hell! I havene purchased anything nor have i removed anything since my most recent reformat...so um, is Vue finally autonimous ?

Hmmm... never saw this but could it be that finally the options to check for updates and check for new content is finally working? I have this on in my Vue but never saw any indications that it's actually working, until your little message above.

I do have it on as well. Been using Vue since  4 and never seen it either, nor heard of it.

Well, it means that Vue connected to the C3D store, and downloaded all the dummy ~~ files that were not already on your machine. (or thant you deleted).  And since you must have the ghost icon ticked in your collection browsers, it is warning you that these new items are for sale at the store, but you can't see them, because you decided to hide online content.
Shame on you, you are missing out on all those fabulous spectral atmos by Paul Trepanier!
If you want to avoid Vue to connect to the store, go to the file menu, options, general preferences, and uncheck the " check for new content" box.
You won't be bothered ever again.

No problem, I am by  there everyday. Besides...I try to avoid sky makers, there a troublesome lot last I heard...rabble rousers and womanizers.
