Awhile ago, I saw an image of a female with, let's call it non-standard body orinimatation.  Now overall the image was pretty.  However someone described it as being sweet.  Now I know people with unusual piercings, tattoos, clothing, etc. can all be sweet personality-wise, however this image wasn't about someone doing something that would classify them as having a sweet disposition.  So if I wanted to make an image that was "sweet", where should I begin?  What qualifies an image as being sweet?

I don't think they meant the word "sweet" as in being "sugary".  The word can also be used in a slang sense to describe something "cool".  So they were essentially saying that they liked the image, and that it was "cool".

Actaully it was a pretty sugary image overall and that version of sweet was the more appropriate one.

 In the 60's-70's, you would use sweet to describe a girl who was innocent looking, probably conservatively dressed, nothing wild about their hair style, subtle makeup,  a touch shy or even submissive acting. Body pose, hand pose, face expression, and especially the eyes can create the sweet image.

As explained above and the fact that the word "Sweet" has become slang for "cool" or "good", you could create a "Sweet" render of V4, if you posed her barely dressed, in a temple with a sword!

winter, I believe geeks and nerds use the term "sweet" when trying to fit in,
when trying to ingratiate themselves unto whomever they're addressing.
hence it can't be bad.  much better than saying something negative about the
image IMVHO.

Geoegress, I think that in a traditional form of sweetness that I was aiming for as in "Ah, she looks like a nice, sweet girl" an emotional response definately helps.

grichter, I tend to agree that such would be a reasonable answer, but in the modern day and age, how much would we be allowed to deviate from that and still express the same type of emotion.  I mean has the nice type of sweetness taken a radical change like the rest of society in the past 50 years or is it more or less unchanged? I've been trying to do a render to illustrate however poser has been giving me troubles tonight.
