Hi, I had a problem trying to download a product from my computer from order #111462730, the item I get an error message about too many attempts to download is the item DM's Methis Welt. All the other items downloaded with no problem even tho' I started and stopped them a couple of times.
I contacted the store and Kristi said she reset me items but I still can't get this item to work. Can anyone help me?
