HI 

I'm trying to make a purchase.  The price for the item is 9.50.  When I apply my vendor credit the total is under $5.  When I try to click on PayPal to pay the difference I get this error message from the Cart.

Form Validation Error:

Shopping Cart Items do not meet the Minimum Purchase Price of $5.00

Please go back, correct the errors, and try again.
