OK figured out the hinging part with Richard Haseltine's help
I still can not get the saved object to convert to a cr2 file.
I have the phi I followed maclean's Tut
All names are correct But when I Convert Hier file It does not recognize the geometry
Names. I opened the obj tile and confirmed that the names were correct.
Any one ave any ideas

Poser is very sensitive to the correct formatting in PHI files - and both the examples given in the Poser manual are wrong. I don't know Maclean's tutorial, although knowing Mac, I'm sure he would have it right - do you have a link?
In what way does Poser "not recognise" the geometry?
If you can, post your PHI file here so we can have a look at it.

I have tried severial of my planes and still get the same message.

The objFile line looks fine, and that's usually the one that causes trouble. If you want to send over some files, I can have a quick look - I won't post my e-mail address here, but you can get it from my contact page.
Incidentally, I see all your rotation orders are the same, which will give you problems. You would normally have the twist axis as the first in the list, followed by the most used rotation second (academic for most aircraft parts). Assuming this is a conventional aircraft, modelled with the fuselage along the Z axis, and the wings in the X, the flaps, ailerons and elevator would want to be xyz, ie twist along the wing axis. The gear would depend on how it opens, whether you want it to be steerable etc.

All moving parts are working fine with limits set
I still need to tweek a little so that it works in DAZ also
I could also Redo it so that the main structurse are parented to the
main pody (ie: wings to body) and then parent the flaps and ailerons to
the wings and so on if that would be better.
I could have set the sterring OK but on a sailplane it only
goes up and down.
I sent you the files.

Made a few changes Now creating cr2 file but losing all Hinging and Textures.

That's getting there - now the real work begins... :-)
Poser has the ability to deal with L-R symmetry, so for a future project you may want to model the plane with its fuselage along the Z axis. Then label the surfaces "rAileron" and "lAileron", and so on. Pose recognises the l and r prefix, and once you've set the joint parameters for one side, you can use the symmetry command in the figure menu to copy the parameters to the other side.
