Ok then, I've dusted off my old copy of knotplot for a new project, but can't for the life of me remember how to make a second tube run round around the knot.

If you don't understand what I'm talking about take a look at AS's Red Dragon image (linked).

I've tried searching the forum but to no avail :( (ok, maybe lazy not going through all of the 6 pages of links it returned!) version of manual I have doesn't help much either!

Anyone able to help?

Okay....Lessee.

Open program.
Click on the tab labelled "Demo A"
In the "Construction'  area, find the button called "kpath"
Clicking on that will produce the random knots with a smaller tube wrapped around it.
Export, apply materials, render.

voila.

Okay, but first you have to find what part of the program I'm hiding in!!  (WickedEvilGrin)
