Well heres what to do...
Load the Hair.
Use Grouping Tool . *(Round Button next to fill above your preview screen)
Select "Create Prop" , from the grouping tool.
Name this Prop "neck01" *(Reason for this , is so you remember which bodypart to parent it to. Some Hairs have many parts so need a correctly parented prop for each part)
Next select "inverse group normals" from the Grouping tool , for neck01
With neck01 selected , goto properties and select "set parent"
Select "neck" of the Hair , and check Inherite bends.
Now you should have the full textures. This method is superior to the Duplicate hair method for many reasons. Hope this helps!
