I need a pearl neckless for v3. V2 will be ok too.

I tried the one in freestuff for V4 but it dosn't work correctly in P5.

Actually there are several variations (for Vicky, V3, and V4) available in free stuff here.

rwaller has one in there for Vicky. robrose has several (I've used his several times before. Love them! Although I am working with V4/P6). There's a dynamic one in there by stegy

It should work. You might have to use a magnet to pull it up and out of the collar bone though. I find that I have to do that sometimes when using V3 stuff on V4.

Maveris had some great pearls for V3 at RDNA, but he's no longer a broker there so they don't host his free stuff anymore. He has a new website, but I don't see his freebies uploaded there.
