I don't recall a recent Simon Sez so here is one. Show peppers, pepper, something of peppers.

The first person to respond can start the next Simon(or Simone if a lady) in about 3 or 4 days. I think that is how it goes.

Hot peppers, a day from the vines and quite hot: The green ones are jalapeño and the little red ones are tabasco peppers. Tabasco peppers are only about an inch long.   In this form, straight from the plant, the peppers seem much more firey than in pepper sauces.

I prefer these peppers because the flavor is good. Sure, scotch bonnet and habanero are hotter but to my taste are not pleasing and carry a taste like diesel fuel.

Tabasco is picked by field workers using “le petit bâton rouge” or little stick with an end painted the red color of the perfect pepper to pick a peck,

Sorry that I don't have any peppers handy.

OTOH, you could take a look at Suzie Hot Sauce!
(The Hot Place To Shop in New Hope, PA!)

I have been there -- it's an amazing store ... nothing but awsome hot sauces.  They even sell hot stuff there that you have to sign a waiver before you can buy the product!

...and one more.  I took this when we had our BBQ and I was getting ready to cut these up for the shish-kabobs.
