Subject: Reset download please

I just bought the product and when I wished I had taken the message "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product." !!!!???

Can you give me a reset?

I have a similar Problem: I bought the CohtesConverter quite a while ago (Order Number:198094 / Date: 04/03/04). Now that I got a new PC (it's faster, Yeah) I wanted to redownload the CC, but got the same Message as Valentin3D got (Number of allowed Downloads exceeded). Is there a Possibility, to get a reset so I can download it again?
